Physical issues from running will be defined by the type of running you are involved in : Longer Distance, Higher speed-Sprinting, Shorter Distances with high acceleration and deceleration. The terrain also will have an affect on the type of problem ie road v Track, hills v flat, cross country v park. Whist many issues associated with the different types of running will be similar the remedy will vary based upon the cause of the problem.
