Groin Concerns

Muscles in the groin control rotational movement of the leg. Activities that include lateral (sideways) movement (tennis) and kicking (AFL , soccer, rugby) are most likely to cause groin or adductor muscle issues. Maintaining good hip mobility with a flexibility and muscle strengthening program is vital for both avoiding, and recovering from, adductor strains. Being proactive is the best defence against potential risk.
