Muscle tightness increases over time and can lead to significant mobility issues. Use regularly to self-massage thoracic spine (upper back). For optimal results, place the Wedge on the ground and align the central groove with your thoracic spine. Use body weight to increase the downward pressure on the Wedge holding each position for 5-10 seconds before adjusting to a new pressure point.
