 We will endeavor to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment. Due to increased demand our delivery networks are experiencing delays. We are working to deliver to you as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience at this time.

Free Shipping

Lockeroom offers free standard shipping via Australia Post on all orders of AUD$40 or more (after discounts have been applied) with Australia. For all orders below AUD$40, a shipping rate of AUD$8.80 applies. Delivery times applies from when your order leaves our warehouse.

Express Shipping

We also offer an express delivery service which ships overnight to metro areas from the day your order is dispatched from our warehouse. We charge a fee of $13.20 regardless of order value. Every attempt will be made to dispatch your order within 24 hours of order. All express orders in Australia are shipped by Australia Post Express.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

If no one is present to accept your delivery, the parcel will be dropped at your local post office for collection.

How do I track my order?

When we have dispatched your order, you will receive a shipping notification email with a link to to track your order's progress.
